During school hours, the main office is available to take your call at 860-923-9565. After the school day (3:00 PM) and on weekends, the Administrator on Duty (AOD) is available via text or phone call at 860-208-3777.

Knights Hub is our school portal. 

Current students and parents have access to classes, assignments, grade reports, conduct and attendance, school resources & forms, calendars, re-enrollment contracts, and so forth. 

If you have not already done so, we encourage you to log in and make sure the information on your Contact Card is up-to-date.

Tuition Management is our online payment portal. Parents/Guardians can check balances, make payments, and schedule auto-pay. A Tuition Management account was created for you when you submitted your child’s first enrollment contract through Knights Hub. SchoolDoc is our new portal for Health Forms. 

Parents are sent account information from noreply@schooldoc.com with the subject line SchoolDoc Invite for [Student Name] at Marianapolis. This email will contain an "Accept Invite" button, which will guide you through setting up your SchoolDoc account. Please see this pdf for more instructions. 
 
If your child just recently enrolled, kindly give a week to receive your SchoolDoc account information.

Schedules will be finalized by August. 

You will have four classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  On Wednesday you will have three classes as a part of our weekly early dismissal rotation for Athletics.

We begin our school day at 8:00 AM with required and optional programming. Monday and Thursday call for required attendance for all students at Morning Gathering. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday offer optional Office Hours, required Club Attendance once a student joins, and/or Ensemble Practices. Classes begin every day at 8:50 AM.

Students will need a tablet or laptop device to access their classes on the portal, Knights Hub. 

Any class-specific supplies needed will be indicated in course rubrics. 

Students will be given a small locker upon request. Only padlocks issued by the School are permitted. 

Unless a student is a part of an advanced, personalized program, the first AP courses are available in the sophomore, 10th grade year.

While students have the opportunity to join the COE program in the spring of their 9th grade year, the first designated courses begin in the fall of the sophomore year.

If there is a known/anticipated absence, please fill out the Planned Absence form at least one week prior to the absence. 

Yes, all students that will be driving themselves to school will need to register any and all vehicles that they may bring to campus. 

Student parking is permitted only in the designated areas and is a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Gustavson Track & Field parking lot

Please note that the speed limit on campus is 15 mph.

The Health Office is located in the Main Building, behind the Main Office.

During the school day, students are welcome to stop by the Health Office. 

After the school day (3:00 PM) and on weekends, boarding students can check in with the dorm parent on duty and/or text the AOD. Please note that a boarding student will only be excused from a school commitment by going to the Health Office during school hours or being seen by the AOD after school and on the weekends. 

If a student is absent from school due to illness, they are not permitted to participate in after-school activities. 

Students are given a one week trial period,to try as many options as they would like. Following one week, as well as varsity roster selections, students are no longer allowed to change. Case by case situations can be discussed in the Athletic Office with Jacque Rivera, Director of Athletics. 

Three times a year, before the start of each season, you will receive a form in your Knights Hub where you will be allowed to select your top three choices. 

No, external activities, including but not limited to AAU, Club, Dance, etc., will not count for your Marianapolis athletic/activity participation.

Before submitting a ticket to IT, please try the following:

1. Restart your device
2. Clear internet browser cache and history and/or try a different browser
3. Disconnect and reconnect to WiFi (if you're experiencing internet connectivity issues)
4. Reset password (if you forgot your password)

The Day Student Boarding Experience, otherwise known as DSBE, is a program that offers day students the opportunity to live as boarding students for a two-week time period in a House/Hall. This program seeks to offer day students the chance to practice independent living and get to know our residential students. During their stay, the students will follow the same schedule and will be required to meet the same expectations as a full-time boarding student.

DSBE is offered at no charge to the day families that participate in the program. However, if a student loses a dorm key, room key, and/or in the case of St. John’s, a puck, that student may be charged $35 to replace the key/puck.

At the beginning of the school year, a letter will be sent to all day students and their families providing information about the program and a link to sign up. Thereafter, interested students may email Josh Richards, Director of Residential Life, to inquire about availability of dates. 

Check in time is between 4:00 & 5:00 PM on Sunday. We have Mass, as a residential community, usually at 5:00 PM that DSBE student will need to attend. If this arrival time does not work for your family, please let us know.

Please call the Administrator On Duty (AOD) when you are roughly 15 minutes from campus and we will ensure an adult is on hand to help you move in and give you dorm/room keys. Please make sure the AOD phone number (860-208-3777) is in your phone.

At the end of your stay, please check out by 3:00 PM on Sunday. Please text the AOD before your departure as you will need to return any keys provided to your to a dorm parent. 

You may drive yourself to campus to start your two-week stay; however, you will need to turn your car keys in to the AOD upon arrival.

Should you have an external commitment such as a practice or appointment, parents should email Mr. Schwarz ahead of time with the schedule of when you will need your car during your two-week stay. You may pick up and return your keys to Mr. Schwarz before and after said commitment. 

Yes, each student will be paired with a roommate by the Residential Life Office. 

Most dorm rooms are furnished with standard twin beds. However, we do have a limited number of extra-long twin beds (XL Twin) available for students who require them. We recommend bringing XL twin sheets to ensure flexibility and the best possible fit.

Boarding students have the option to purchase a linen package through our Good Knight Bedding & Bath bundle, or they may choose to bring their own from home. Either option is perfectly acceptable.

Yes! Students are encouraged to make their space feel like home. Please use removable adhesives (such as Command strips) and avoid any materials or hardware that could damage walls or furniture.

Check out the daily menu provided by Sage Dining Services. The Sage Dining Staff provides a variety of options each day, so whether you are a vegetarian or gluten-free, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Study Hall is Sunday through Thursday from 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM. Dorm Parents will be around to check-in students at 7:30 PM. Students can study in their rooms or the common room of their dorm. They can study with a friend with prior permission from both dorm parents. 

Students must return to their rooms and check in with their dorm parent at 10:30 PM. Lights out is 11:00 PM. 

There are both on and off campus activities on the weekend, including open gym, fire pits, movie nights, trips to local malls and shopping plazas, day trips to Boston and New York City, and more!

Activity sign-up forms are sent out weekly. Final activity schedules will be available on the Knights Hub page Weekend Activities.

Boarding students will need permission from the Dean's Office ahead of time in order to leave campus for any reason, whether it is for a few hours or overnight.

To help us plan accordingly and ensure student safety, we ask that families submit all requests at least two days in advance. 

Permission requests must come directly from a student’s parent or legal guardian and should include the following:

1. The full name and address of the destination
2. The name of the adult who will be responsible for the student
3. The phone number of that responsible adult
4. The name of the person picking the student up
5. The time of departure from campus and the expected return time

If the student will be spending the night or going off campus with another student, we must also receive direct permission from that student’s parent or guardian.

Please note the following important restrictions:
-Students are not allowed to leave campus during required school events (such as Mass, House Cup challenges, or mandatory dinners).
-Students may not be driven by any other student, even if that student is over 18.
-Students may not utilize rideshare services such as, but limited to, Uber and Lyft.
-All transportation must be arranged and approved in advance by the Dean of Students’ Office.

 

Students are responsible for doing their own laundry. Each dorm is equipped with card-operated washers and dryers. Upon arrival to campus, students will receive their laundry card; however, they will be responsible for adding funds to the card throughout the year.

Students may also sign up to send personal laundry and dry cleaning to a laundry service, E&R Laundry, through a private contract. Pick-up and delivery is made weekly at predetermined times. 

Students are responsible for day-to-day cleanliness of their rooms. Dorm parents will inspect student rooms throughout the week. Students who fail to abide by the minimum standards may be subject to denial of weekend permission and/or weekend activities. The minimum standards include but are not limited to dirty laundry picked up in a laundry bag or hamper, garbage emptied, food removed, and floor clean.

Yes, boarding students and day students who are participating in the DSBE program are required to attend mass every weekend. Mass is typically 5:00 PM every Sunday. On occasion, depending on weekend activities, mass will be moved to 10:00 AM. Students will be notified of the change.
