Back-to-School Information

• Catch up on all the information available to you on the New Student Dashboard.
• Retrieve Marianapolis login credentials from a parent/guardian Knights Hub account.
• Log in to your school email.
  • Email servicedesk@marianapolis.org if you are experiencing difficulties. 
• Log in to Knights Hub with your new credentials.
  • Email hsteen@marianapolis.org if you are experiencing difficulties. 
• Schedule your Placement Evaluation meeting(s) (see Placement Evaluations tab below).
• 10-PG Students: Schedule your Transfer Credit Review & Scheduling meeting (see Placement Evaluations tab below).
• Parents/Guardians: Please complete your student's Health Form on SchoolDoc (due July 1st).
  • Email healthoffice@marianapolis.org if you have any questions.
• Complete the Spirit Pack form.
• Complete any forms sent to you via Knights Hub:
  • Fall Athletic Interest Survey
  • Campus Arrival Form (boarding students)
  • Emergency Contacts Form (boarding students)
• Read the Student Handbook.
• Review the 2025-2026 Major Dates Schedule.

Our new student newsletter, Knights Journey, began in March. All information has been archived so you have access to everything in one place. Check out our Knights Journey dashboard here!

• All new international students, English as a second language, will complete an English proficiency evaluation with Ms. Jackson. This is required to be completed before August 5, 2025. Choose the most convenient time through this link: Ms. Jackson International Student English Language Evaluation
   
• All new domestic and international students, grades 10-PG will meet with Mrs. Tata to evaluate all transfer credits and future goals. Choose the most convenient time through this link: Mrs. Tata Transfer Credit & Scheduling

If you haven’t already done so, please request to have final academic records and official transcript sent over from your child's previous school. 

Please have them mailed to the Academic Office at PO Box 304, 26 Chase Rd, Thompson, CT, 06277. If you will be emailing records, please send them to our Academic Administrative Assistant, Jessica O'Brien. 

Health Records can be uploaded directly via your SchoolDoc account. 

• Parents/Guardians: Please complete your student's Health Form on SchoolDoc (due July 1st).

Health Forms are due July 1, 2025. Forms are available though our new health portal, SchoolDoc. If you have questions about your SchoolDoc account or health forms, please contact healthoffice@marianapolis.org.

If your child recently enrolled, please allow a week from enrollment to receive your SchoolDoc account information from noreply@schooldoc.com.

2025-2026 Student Handbook

The Community Calendar and Athletic Calendar can be found via the Quick Links drop down at the top of the website. You can subscribe to calendar feeds by hovering over the ICAL icons on the calendar page.

Students can find personal calendars & schedules, once available, on their Knights Hub calendars. 

Please review our Major Dates Calendar for the 2025-2026 school year.

Karen Tata will provide more information regarding ordering books in the Summer Communications email being sent on August 14th. 

Your Summer Reading assignment can be found here and also shared on the Knights Hub Resource Board: Frequently Accessed Documents & Forms. If you are a student with English as a Second Language, your summer reading will be based on your proficiency evaluation.

For those who are thinking about carpooling options for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, you can complete the Carpool Interest Form here or find it on the Resource Board in Knights Hub under Frequently Accessed Documents & Forms. After completion of the form, you will be added to a private group to connect with other families to plan your carpool.

If your student will be driving themselves to school, please register any vehicle they may drive here. 

The Parent & Family newsletter will be sent out each Thursday at 3:00 PM EST.

In case of an emergency or inclement weather, any announcement regarding a delay or cancellation of school will be made through email, the School website, and on Knight’s Hub. Announcements will also be posted to the School’s social media accounts, NECN, FOX CT, WINY 1350 AM, and NBC Connecticut. Please see Class Cancellation in the Student Handbook for more information.
