Soccer - Girls' Varsity

Record: 4-11-3

The Girl's Varsity Soccer team had a challenging and exciting season.  They have gone through many highs and lows together, played many tough, close games, created some amazing friendships, and triumphed in some of the most important moments.

Throughout this season, the team has strived to improve themselves as individuals, but also together, as a team.  The upperclassmen took the underclassmen under their wing, welcoming the new members, and helping them quickly feel like a part of the team.  They have improved their communication skills both on and off the field, which has allowed them to work more cohesively and produce many goal scoring opportunities.  With this increased unity, the Knights gave the other teams a run for their money, making them work hard for their wins, many times being able to hold the other team to a tie for most of the game.

The season ended on a high note with an amazing, nail biting comeback win against High Mowing School during the senior game.  Our seniors played their hearts out, leading the team to a well deserved victory. We will miss our seniors next year, but know that they have taught the rest of the team some great lessons over the past four years which will continue on into next year's season.  Great job ladies!
