As the Junior Varsity soccer season gets underway, there's a sense of excitement and anticipation on the pitch for another invigorating season. Our focus will be on success on the field, making friendships and building camaraderie, and developing fitness, technical skills, and a tactical understanding of the game of soccer. Communication on the field, passing accuracy, defensive strategies, and offensive methods of attack will be part of the match plan in the opening weeks of the season. Coach Gus and Mr. Liu are both excited for the new season and look to instill the values of healthy competition, sportsmanship, and camaraderie within the team. We live by the motto "sound body, sound mind," and hope all players will have great success on the pitch and in the classroom this year.
