Cross Country - Girls' Varsity

After the first view weeks of conditioning  and phasing into the year upon returning to campus, the Boys’ and Girls’ Cross Country team has been focusing on high intensity intervals, physiological systems for endurance runners, and dynamic body exercises geared towards injury prevention. Complementing this has been a new routine of joining the Strength & Conditioning team on occasion and also extended time at the track which has enhanced the group’s atmosphere as teammates and their ability to encourage each other at the end of hard intervals. The atmosphere is light and jovial while the energy is building towards the season-ending intrasquad race around our wonderful on campus Cross- Country course.
