The Golden Knights Girls JV Basketball team had a strong season. M. Hatchigan '28 led the point totals and contributed to a number of victories. A. Rodriguez '27 and A. Griswold '27 were strong contributors throughout the season and had a great deal of assists and points in many of the crucial wins. M. Moreno '28' and J. Rodriguez '27 had a number of impressive games and showed strong defensive skills throughout the season. K. Reynolds '28, I. Paglione '28, and A. Boudreau '28, and A. Do '26 all supported the team and developed their skills throughout the season. S. DiPietro '25, and L. Gingo '25 brought experience to the team as Seniors and strengthened many practices with past ideas and plays. Overall the Knights saw victories against local rivals Pomfret School and Worcester Academy. There were a number of defeats as well that toughened the team up and taught valuable lessons. We will remember packed home games, threes sunk, McDonald's trips enjoyed, and singing on long toaster rides, but most importantly we will remember our teammates, who are now friends. The coaches are proud of the team and wish everyone success in the Spring Season!
