The Golden Knights defeated St. Luke’s 82-49 after a great start, winning a close first quarter 22-18. Sydney Masciarelli and Rachel Ullstrom led the way in the first half offensively scoring 13 and 17 points respectively. Captain Rachel Ullstrom continued her hot shooting in the second half, scoring a career high 31 points, and tying her career high in three pointers made with 7! The Golden Knights picked up the defensive intensity holding St. Luke’s to just 17 points in the second half as captain Bronagh Power-Cassidy was the third double-digit scorer for MPrep with 10 points. The Golden Knights improve to 14-3, 3-1 in Class A. MPrep travels to Convent of Sacred Heart Friday Feb. 21st for a Class A matchup.
