Other
Nine MPrep wrestlers travelled to Tabor Academy to compete with 27 other teams in the early season Battle on the Bay wrestling tournament. The wrestlers competed extremely well with upset victories by Junior captain Andre Looney and Sophomore Szymon Mamro and an exciting first period pin by Alex Spetseris to kick off the competition. Senior captain Alex Stawiecki placed 6th in the tournament. His day was punctuated with three pins with one coming with only 2 second left to go in the match.
After the Christmas break, the wrestlers will resume competition in early January with a trimeet against Chapel Hill Chauncy Hall and Concord Academy.
