Today the Lady Knights' softball team faced Gunnery and came out with an 18-3 win. Defensively, the Knights played solidly with great plays and had 0 errors. G. McGovern, '21, pitched a great game with 5 strikeouts and 3 straight in the 3rd inning. Offensively, the girls once again showed their strength behind the plate with 8 hits. The girls were smart on the bases and ran them well. F. Doiron, '21, had multiple hits and K. Baca '22, had a single to hit in the RBI that won the game. The Knights are looking forward to their game against Pomfret tomorrow.
