From the north: Follow Route 495 south to Exit 1 (Route 195 west).  Follow Route 195 to Exit 20 (Marion). Turn right off ramp on to Route  105 (Front Street). School is one mile on right.

From the west: Follow Route 195 east to Exit 20 (Marion). Turn right off ramp onto Route 105 (Front Street). School is one mile on right.
Win 26-14

The Lady Knights traveled to Tabor Academy and won 26-14. 

The Lady Knights started the first half down to Tabor who got two quick baskets to put them up 0-4 over the Lady Knights. Point Guard and sophomore Jazz Creighton began an offensive ralley with the help of guards sophomore Morgan Polinski and junior Olivia Pisegna. Big defensive stops down low came from freshmen Sophia Rabitor and senior Hanna Scheffler. The score at halftime was 17-9. 

The second half begun with the Lady Knights working hard to defend their lead over Tabor Academy. Junior Pisegna took over for sophomore Creighton to lead the Knights with offense and positive encouragement. Defensively freshmen Kaya Lukasek and freshmen Johnna Romanek woeked to shut down Tabor’s offensive momentum. Senior Katie Joiner ended her high school career on an offensive high adding another 6 points to her 24 point total in the past three games. 

Point totals include: Creighton: 6 points, Polinski: 5 points, Joiner: 6 points, Scheffler: 4 points, Pisegna: 3 points, and Rabitor: 2 points. 

The final score of the game was 26-14. The Lady Knights ended their season with a winning record of 9-2. 

We would like to thank all of the girls for their dedication and hard work this season. We would like to particularly thank our graduating seniors Katie Joiner and Hanna Scheffler for their dedication and the spirit they brought to the Marianapolis’ Girls’ IIIs team. We look forward to another great season next year! Go Knights!
