Marianapolis track runners traveled to The Governor's Academy today to take on our second meet of the season. On the boys side the sprinters came out ready to run. Senior Elijah Olacio, sophomores Jake McCabe and Danny Vidal Roca and freshmen Dan Twohig ran a strong 50 meter dash. On the distance side senior Eason Fu ran a strong 600 and pushed it to the end.
On the girls side Sophomores Emma McQuiston and Maura Hoban ran a great 50 meter dash. Senior Rahmat Obanikoro ran an outstanding 300 meter race and taking the win for the first time this season. Both teams had amazing 4x 200 meter relays and look forward to running it again next week. The knights will be traveling on Wednesday for our meet at Northbridge high school!
