Diagonally opposite the fire station is Main Street.
Turn left onto Main Street, go straight through the stop sign and continue for 2 miles to campus.
The swimming Knights traveled northwest this afternoon to Wilbraham & Monson for a dual boys/girls swim meet. With a meet for the first gathering this week, the Knights made the most of their three day hiatus from the pool.
Wilbraham & Monson boys and girls came out as the victors with scores of 55-29 and 56-28 respectively. There were however several personal victories among the Knights that the coaches would like to highlight. R. Barnwell ‘20 placed 2nd in the 500 freestyle. M. Tsai ‘21 broke his personal records in the 50 and 100 freestyle with times of 32.43 and 1:15.36. Captain O. Panagiotou ‘19 broke her own school record in the 100 breaststroke with a new time of 1:26.02. The other captain, C. Ringer ‘19 beat his personal best for breaststroke coming in at 1:26.37. J. Crosby ‘20 is still going strong in the 200 freestyle breaking her record again with a time of 3:05.10.
With the first meet of the week down, the swimming Knights look forward to their day of practice before going back to Eagle Hill on Friday and to Worcester Academy on Saturday.
