The boys' JV soccer team dropped a tough game to Pomfret 3-0. The team battled hard and had some good opportunities, but could not put the ball in the back of the net. Strikers Jake McCabe, ‘21, and Andre Looney, ‘21, were all over the field, using their speed to get opportunities against the Pomfret defense. The defense did their best to limit Pomfret opportunities, and standout performances were had by juniors Lucas Yash and Andrew Raps. Midfielders Manuel Pinto, ‘20, Bart Mamro, ‘19, Cam Alicandro, ‘19, and TJ Kennison, ‘19 all played hard and did their best to move the ball on the strong Pomfret defense. The Knights look forward to getting back on track tomorrow at home on senior day.
