Soccer - Girls' Junior Varsity
JV Knights bring home a big win vs MacDuffie with a final score of 4-0.
The Knights came out strong in the first half and dominated, keeping play on the MacDuffie end of the field, and did not let up until the final whistle in the second half.
Veteran Jill Reardon, '21, scored the first goal for the Knights with a cross and assist from freshmen Sophia Rabitor. The Knights continued their scoring streak with two more from Reardon to give her a hat trick for the game and an all-time high score for her this season. The Knights continued to keep the pressure on the MacDuffie squad with freshmen Gabby Fung seizing the moment off a MacDuffie goal kick, bringing home her first goal for the game and the fourth for the Knights.
The JV squad looked good and felt proud of their win. The team looks ahead to next week where they will face the St. Andrews School for the second time this season and they look to keep riding the win wave and keep their streak going!
