The Knights had a disappointing defeat at home against Kingswood Oxford on Saturday. The Knights started well but ended up giving up two penalties, one in each half. Kingswood had a talented and physical team, but the Knights kept fighting and pushing forward throughout each half. Goalkeeper Ryan Martin, '21, had an impressive performance, recording nine saves in the first half and six saves in the second. The Knights had several chances that might have changed the game. John Vigliotti, '21, Blake Kuzdzal, '19, and Xander Cook, '21, all had strong games in the midfield. Man of the Match goes to Daniel Twohig, '22, who had an impressive performance in the central midfield. Twohig also pushed forward in the second half and created several chances. The Knights will look to recover as they head to MacDuffie next Wednesday.
