Knights of the Week - 5/7/17

Madison Bodreau '17

Senior captain Madison Bodreau can always be found supporting her team, whether through her bat and hitting home runs or cheering on her teammates during practice. She continues to be a great leader and set a positive example of sportsmanship, hard work, and being a great team member for her younger teammates. Her leadership and strong play on the field and at bat will certainly be missed next year as she has been an integral part of the program during her four years at Marianapolis. Thank you Madison for all that you have done and congratulations on being named "Knight of the Week"!

James Olivieri '20

James Oliveri '20 has been a dedicated teammate throughout the season, consistently working hard at practice and has been an impact player on the pitch.  James always brings his cheerful nature to the team and is a most welcome addition to the Ultimate program. He has scored a number of points in matches and has received the coveted Purple Shirt for his hard work and cutting maneuvers against Xavier in the cold and rain. Keep up the good work James and congratulations for being named "Knight of the Week"!

Mary Watkins '18

Mary Watkins '18 never stops. She gives 100% all the time, on and off the field.  Mary is the type of player that practices how she wants to play and never has a negative attitude.  As one of the top players on the girls' varsity lacrosse team, she is often marked defensively by the other team in a very aggressive manner and she never lets them get in her head.  She is a top notch player and role model for the other girls. Congratulations Mary on being named this week's "Knight of the Week"!
