McGlone is the goalie for the boys’ team and has been playing since his freshman year at Marianapolis. He always strives to play great defense and stop opposing team goals.
Diaz recalls when she first began playing lacrosse as a freshman. “Everyone was really welcoming,” she said. She is the goalie for the girls’ team and even though it is one of the most challenging positions, she enjoys contributing as an essential part of the team.
Our lacrosse teams have a wonderful sense of unity and exhibit Golden Knight spirit on and off the field. We look forward to cheering them on as their seasons continue!
Our girls’ team looks forward to playing at Rocky Hill Country Day School at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 1. Their next home game is Saturday, May 11, at 2 p.m. vs. Vermont Academy.
