Sydney Masciarelli '21 Wins Two National Titles at New Balance Nationals

Sophomore Sydney Masciarelli became a national champion in two events at the New Balance Outdoor Track and Field Nationals in Greensboro, NC. 

Masciarelli won the 5k with a time of 16:16.20 which is also a sophomore national record. She won the 2-mile on Saturday night with a time of 10:11.99, winning by an 11 second margin. 

This is Masciarelli's third national championship this year as she also won the 2018 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championship in December.
