Learn about the pampered lives of emperors and the everyday lives of schoolchildren. Step into history in the breathtaking Forbidden City, sprawling Summer Palace and on the amazing Great Wall. Step into the future on the Shanghai Bund. Explore Xi’an, the Chinese capital through 11 dynasties and home to the Terracotta Warriors and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. In the south, Yangshuo’s natural formations are as exotic as the culture — dramatic mountain peaks and cliffs are highlighted by the enchanting Moon Hill. Visit Hong Kong, a neon-filled cosmopolitan metropolis and China's window to the world. Ride a rickshaw, sip tea, try Taiji, enjoy a bamboo raft excursion, and visit one of China's national treasures - giant pandas.
