Leadership
Marianapolis provides opportunities for all students to apply for and assume student leadership roles within the school community. From freshman year onwards, students have the chance to be leaders by grade level as a part of student government and the Peer Leadership program. Upperclassmen at Marianapolis do fill the majority of student leadership positions, but a mentoring framework is provided so students who are new to Marianapolis can understand the leadership scheme and later participate in the application processes. As students are offered leadership positions, the utmost care is taken to ensure that the principles of our Mission Statement (building character with content, compassion, and integrity) are upheld by the programs and leaders, respectively.
