Student Life
Student Life at Marianapolis is fast-paced, engaging, and fun. Whether you love photography or politics, going green or giving tours, there are dozens of community life activities for each student to try. All students are encouraged to get involved, participating in the groups or organizations that best match their interests. Please click here to see a list of active clubs at Marianapolis.
On weekends, the residential life program offers a range of activities to MPS boarding and day students. Dorms take turns hosting house parties, opening their common spaces for themed events. Saturday afternoon athletic contests attract the support of students, parents, and alumni. From laser tag to roller skating, aquariums to museums, there are countless activities and trips offered each year to keep the residential experience dynamic. Please click on “Weekend Activities” to learn more about our schedule of weekend events.
Beyond clubs, activities, sports, and trips, community service also plays a pivotal role in the lives of MPS students. Marianapolis is involved throughout the year in outreach to charities both locally and globally. Students provide support to others through fundraising efforts as well as through commitments to people and organizations. For specific information about our community service program, please click on the “Service” tab.
And in appreciation of the diverse population at Marianapolis, along with an understanding of the increasingly intimate global community, the school facilitates opportunities for students to learn within a internationally-conscious environment. Please click here to learn more about global education.
